On his first visit to the Top Gear studios in November 2007, Lewis came tantalizingly close to topping the Formula 1 drivers' leader board behind the wheel of the series' 'reasonably priced car'. On a wet and greasy track, he only narrowly missed out on beating the fastest time of 1m 44.6s, set by 1992 World Champion, Nigel Mansell on a dry track.

 

Now, with British weather permitting, Lewis is heading back to the set of the world's most famous motoring TV programme with the steely intent of setting the record straight - or, more precisely, setting a new lap record around the infamous Dunsfold circuit - home of the ‘Top Gear lap'...

Lewis Fan Club Members have the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to the filming of Lewis's second appearance on Top Gear, taking place on Wednesday 29th July 2009, where there is also the opportunity to meet Lewis as he prepares for the filming session!
