The Engineers make it all happen on track. They do so much work before the race to simulate the best set ups based on the models they build as the year moves on. At the track they make the run plans, set ups, work with me to tune the car into the track, which gets us in the best position to deliver in the Grand Prix. They run the race strategies and monitor the cars systems on chassis, powertrain, gearboxes and tyres as we race. Above all they are my constant support and motivation. We have won 2 World Championships together so far and working on the third! I'll be posting more tomorrow guys!@mercedesamgf1
