Benefits, yearly fee and cancellation
We are continuously working on the programme in order to give our members the best experience and service possible. Hence the listed benefits might change but any change will be published on f1.renewappenhans.com.
All items of the welcome pack are subject to availability and we have to reserve the right to change the specification of items without notice.

The fee is the yearly fee for the membership
Unless cancelled with three months notice, the membership renews automatically after a year and the yearly fee is charged.
You may of course cancel the membership in writing at any time without giving reasons, becoming effective at the end of the running membership-year.

Order fulfilment, postage & packaging
The Fan Club is operated and managed by Team McLaren Ltd., which means in communication, customer service enquiries or for payments, Team McLaren Ltd. or Vodafone McLaren Mercedes will address you or be mentioned.    

After receiving your application we will send you a confirmation. The notification confirms only the receipt of your application. The fulfilment of your application is subject to availability of products and settlement of payment. Payment will normally be settled immediately and goods dispatched within 10 working days due to lead times for the personalised member card.

Every endeavour is made to dispatch your goods within a maximum of 28 days of receipt of your order. If this proves not to be possible we will contact you.
Dispatch may be fulfilled in more than one parcel or consignment. Items are usually dispatched as they become available.

Delivery times
Although standard delivery times fluctuate, the following is an approximate guide:

United Kingdom: 2 to 7 days from dispatch
Continental Europe: 3 to 14 days from dispatch
International: 5 to 28 days from dispatch

Please note that some exceptions for the discount apply, e.g. for wine, model cars and posters.
